Company Overview

We are a cheltenham based, fair-trade company that has been established for 6 years and has been importing handcrafted arts and crafts and musical instruments from Indonesia with great success during this time. Our products are of a very high quality and very well received by the public. This is due to the time and effort that we spend in regularly visiting and building relationships with our suppliers in Indonesia. All of our products are hand checked before packing and shipping to the UK. Orchid trading was established as a family run business in 1999 with fair-trade principles at the heart of our companies working ethos. We have expanded greatly in this time but have managed to retain the focus and respect for our indonesian suppliers that we had in the beginning. This has recently been recognised by the british association for fair-trade shops and we have been awarded full accreditation, something we are very proud of. If you would like a copy of our fair-trade policy, please let us know. We currently trade on a retail and wholesale basis, attending many national events throughout the year.
